Information collected
The product router records interaction events such as selected need, state, recommended destination, page, referral source, and session identifier. A contact request may include name, email, mobile number, state, product interest, preferred contact method, message, IP address, browser information, consent language, and submission time.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the requested routing experience, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, preserve consent evidence, deliver an exclusive request to the disclosed recipient, measure quality, troubleshoot delivery, and comply with applicable obligations.
Who receives a request
Life, supplemental-protection, and agent-career forms are routed to the designated licensed partner. Retirement visitors continue to Alivra and are governed by the privacy terms displayed there. The home-and-auto path does not collect contact information until a named local destination is approved.
Sale and sharing
ProtectionPath is designed not to broadcast one request to multiple competing agents. A request may still be processed by infrastructure, verification, communication, scheduling, and CRM providers needed to deliver it. The final provider list and any legally required opt-out mechanism must be added before launch.
Your choices
You may decline the contact form and use the educational guides and tools without providing contact information. Text recipients may reply STOP. Final access, deletion, correction, and state privacy request instructions will be published with the operator’s verified privacy contact.
Security and retention
Lead and consent records are stored in platform-backed structured storage. No online system is completely secure. Production retention and deletion schedules will be set in the signed partner and privacy documentation before public traffic is accepted.
